About Narriva Stories

Who we are

We are three people drawn to games and stories in all their forms: card games, board games, video games, TTRPGs - you name it - and books that make the world disappear for a while: fantasy, crime, novels, and everything in between.

When we read, we do not simply follow a plot. We enter a world. We feel what its characters feel, take fragments of them with us into our own reality, and keep dreaming the story onward after we have put the book down for the night.

So we decided to start Narriva Stories: to create stories of our own. Not as static books, but as living worlds - stories shaped through choice, memory, consequence, and only truly brought to life in co-creation with the people who enter them.

Narriva Stories is made by story enthusiasts for story enthusiasts. We are building one of the first AI-powered interactive story worlds of its kind: a place where characters can remember, relationships can evolve, time can move forward, and the story can respond to the people inside it.

But we do not want to build this alone.

We want Narriva to grow with its earliest community: with the readers, players, world-builders, mystery-solvers, and dreamers who are willing to step into an unfinished world and help shape what it becomes. Your feedback, questions, theories, frustrations, and discoveries will directly influence how we develop the experience.

That is why early access matters.

Joining the waitlist helps us understand how many people want a story like this to exist. It helps us test the product, improve the world, and show future partners and investors that there is a real community waiting for deeper, more responsive forms of storytelling.

We are currently funding Narriva Stories entirely out of our own pockets, and we do not want to charge anything for the early-alpha version. Our goal is to make the experience as open and generous as we responsibly can, without locking the earliest explorers behind unnecessary payment barriers.

At the same time, we know what it takes to build serious AI products. We have experience creating enterprise-level AI software, and we understand that a living narrative world has to be technically strong, creatively ambitious, and economically sustainable. We are not interested in building a short-lived experiment. We want to build something that can last.

That also means being transparent with our community. As Narriva grows, we will openly share how we think about pricing, access, memberships, and AI usage costs - and we want our community to help shape that model with us.

We also want to recognise the people who help bring Narriva to life. Community members who contribute meaningful feedback, test early versions, report issues, discuss theories, or help improve the world may be acknowledged on our website and in the credits. We are also exploring benefits such as free memberships, exclusive side stories, early test access, and other ways to thank the people who help us build from the beginning.

Our shared dream is simple: to make creating worlds our work.

Our first story is the initial step toward that dream.

Join the waitlist, enter Nocteris early, and help us build a story that remembers you.
